How do I track my order?

My parcel has not had a scan for a while - what can I do?

Please check with any neighbours or any safe places on your property this could have been left by the courier. If you can’t locate your order, our customer services team can look into it for you - please contact them here.
Why has my parcel been passed over to Evri?
If you ordered 2 or more cases of cans your order will be sent via Evri regardless of the shipping service chosen as advises on the website.
Can I redirect my order to a different address after it's been shipped?
